Went to a repair at walmart and they do not work this keyboards. What should I do?

Bluetooth doesn’t seem to function at all.

I’ve already tried the following:

  • Resetting the keyboard
  • Removing (“forgetting”) the device from Bluetooth settings on all other devices
  • Ensuring the keyboard is fully charged

Despite these steps, the keyboard still won’t connect wirelessly. Has anyone experienced this before or have suggestions on what else I could try?
