My unit (Anova PC 1.0 BT) does not heat water, but the circulating system still work. The command pannel work, I set the temperature, the water circulates, but the Anova does not heat.

I disassemby the unit, but the fuse seems to be in good conditions (no burn glass, no broken filament). I tried to connect the two parts of the fuse with an aluminum foil, and it doesn't heat.

What do you suggest? I don't think that could be the fuse, but I don't know how to put my hands.

Anova Precision Cooker BT WiFi: No Power when Plugged into outlet.

Bought a 2019 anova precision cooker bt wifi. Used only twice. Used yesterday. Went to use it again today and I get nothing powering up when plugged in. No visible switch or fuse. Tried three direct wall outlets but still zero power. Is this fixable I am sure as hell not dumping another $180 to replace it!!!

What would be the most likey cause for no power? Is this fixable?

買ってまだ4回しか使用してませんが本体の留め具が使用中に割れて壊れました。至急交換してほしいのですがどこに連絡したらよいかわかりません。

We bought and used only four times yet, but fastener of system unit was broken during use and was broken. We want you to change immediately, but do not know where to contact.

Anova Precision Cooker BT WiFi: Anova Nano How to open Electronics Area - Won't Heat

I lent my Anova Nano to a friend to cook a corned beef and when I got it back I realized that it was full of stuff and the friend said that he didn't realize that he was supposed to put the stuff to be cooked in a plastic bag.

I figured out how to get the bottom plastic cowl off and clean all that stuff but it doesn't heat.

Does anyone know how to open the Electronics area of the Nano so I can troubleshoot and hopefully repair the device.

Good afternoon. The problem is this: there is anova precision cooker. After the appliance is immersed in water, I press the play button. The apparatus starts to make a long squeak and does not start circulation. There is a problem with the water level sensor, the device does not understand that it is immersed in water. What do i do? There are already 5 such devices and the problem is the same.
