Anker Soundcore Life Q30: Q30's won't turn on

Initially, the headset was switching itself off seconds after being switched on, during use.

Today, however, it didn't turn on anymore.

If I press the power button or the NC button, the blue light comes on. But it won't turn on.

When I plug in the charging cable, the red light comes on.

With the 3.5mm sound cable, the headset also works.

Does anyone know what might be happening and how I can solve it?

Service is not a possibility, because although the headphones are not yet a year old, I bought them through the official Anker website on Aliexpress and they refuse to provide repairs.

Soundcore Liberty Neo: Right earbud stopped working

The right earbud stopped playing sound.
When I place it in the charging tray though, the little LED still lights up, so I assume it is still charging.

That being said, my bet is that it’s the speaker that stopped working…
Anybody else had the same problem and was able to fix it?

Soundcore Liberty Air: Dropped them into the toilet... Left earbud now quiet

Hi!
I made a mistake, the earbuds + case fell out of my pocket and into the toilet... I immediately heated them with a hair dryer for about 10 minutes, sprayed contact cleaner and cleaned with isopropyl alcohol, although I haven't taken them apart yet.

I let them dry, everything seems to work but the left earbud is really quiet.

Is it fixable?

Having trouble figuring out what battery type the Anker Soundcore Liberty Air 2 earbuds. I have watched a YouTube video on the repair but the battery is not identified.

I saw a sale page on AliExpress claiming to sell the battery for these headphones, however I would like to buy from a more reputable seller.

The buttons and touch options work perfectly fine, however the sound including noise canceling does not work on my Soundcore Q30 device. I have updated the software and nothing has changed. The problem persists for both wired mode and bluetooth mode.
