Hi everyone,

I have a mechanical issue with my Anker Soundcore Space One headphones. The left earcup has popped out of the upper headband arm. The metal swivel pin (the one with the red O-rings) is fully exposed.

The audio still works perfectly, so the internal wire is not damaged. It seems the internal plastic lip/housing inside the headband arm that secures the swivel pin has lost its grip

I have attached some pictures showing the exposed pin and the opened earcup. Any advice or teardown tips for the headband arm would be greatly appreciated!

My Q45 is making noise in the left earpiece when I wiggle it in the "lying down" position. I'm not familiar with the inside of it, but it looks more like an issue with some sliding contacts than just a broken wire, as the sound is consistent, like a worn-down potentiometer. Are there any sliding contacts inside the folding mechanism? What should I do to fix it?

Soundcore Liberty Air 2: Case won’t charge

My Soundcore Liberty Air 2 charging case won’t charge. It shows the LEDs light up when I plug it in and the earphones charge in the case when it’s plugged in to the wall. Also, the lights flash rapidly when the case is opened or shut which it did not do when I first got it. Please help if anyone has any solutions to this issue.

Anker Soundcore Life Q30: ANC makes loud noises in right side

When using the noise cancelling mode on my Q30s, they make a popping sound in the right side. When I enable the passthrough mode they make an extremely loud screeching noise. Is this an issue with the ANC microphones, or is there another potential problem? If so, where can I source a replacement?

The buttons and touch options work perfectly fine, however the sound including noise canceling does not work on my Soundcore Q30 device. I have updated the software and nothing has changed. The problem persists for both wired mode and bluetooth mode.

Good evening,

My problem with these earbuds is that when I use them, after about 5–10 minutes, one earbud(left side) completely shuts down and stops working. It only returns to its working state after a few minutes of being left in the charging case.

This malfunction occurred because the earbud fell out of my ear onto a ceramic tile floor.

Could you please help me figure out the exact nature of the damage and how I can go about fixing it?

I charge it more than 20 hours but it still appear red light on headphone.

A lot of time i turned on and connected to bluetooth with my phone but every single time it turned off automatically after 15 seconds.

When I connected to any device through aux cable it works but i can not use it on battery.

It is brand new just opened the box and that is it.
