My firestick stopped working so I ordered anew one. It won't pair and I cannot get the app screen to stay on. I have ITV and other apps on the TV and can't get to them or the settings. The only thing that comes on without my choosing is one channel on teh ITV app. Nothing on the firestick can change it. Really strange problem.

My firestick is connected to my old Wi-Fi and that Wi-Fi is off now but I'm trying to connect it to my new Wi-Fi and it's not allowing me because it's telling me that it's not connected to my home network. My remote won't allow me to get into my settings to change the Wi-Fi. Can someone help me? Also the charger that came with the firestick is gone so I am using my phone charger. Is that a problem? Help me please someone!

One of the triggers keeps going off randomly, and the only way to stop it is to pull the trigger up. What is the problem and how do I fix it? And if it can't be fixed, is there a way to change the trigger deadzone?

I have a new WiFi. My Amazon Fire TV is stuck on my network settings screen. I lost the remote, and now cannot pair my device with my FireTv app on my phone. What do I do? Switched TVs, didn’t work. Unplugged it a million times. Is there no way to do a factory reset without having access to some kind of remote???

I was getting ready to watch a movie with my fire stick. Then it just went to "no signal". The internet is connected, remote works, I've unplugged it from the tv and power source for about 5 minutes and it still won't turn on. I got a new WiFi network, and now my Amazon Fire TV is stuck on the network setup screen. I lost the remote, so I can’t connect it to the Fire TV app on my phone. I tried switching TVs and unplugging it many times, but nothing works.

Is there any way to do a factory reset or fix this without having an actual remote?

I performed a factory reset on my Fire TV Cube, now 4 different remotes won't pair with it. Also the app won't work cause the cube is not connected to wifi. Customer service says I have to buy a new 30.00 remote for it to work. Pulling my hair out now. Anyone can help?

Why is my Fire Stick disconnected from the internet after I ran a "Share it app"? The remote also stopped working. I can't use the Fire TV Remote App as the Stick has no internet access.

I sideloaded an android app "share it" it on firestick but when I tried to send the data from my phone to fire stick, the screen just froze. I had to restart the TV but by then fire stick had lost the network access. Fire Tv -Stick is dispaying "No network access" message. Earlier it was connected to two modems but now its not detecting either of them. Somehow remote also stopped working. I tried two diffrent physical remotes (with fresh batteries) but now I can't navigate inside it by any means.

I don't know the reason but I guess the ‘share it’ app tried to create a shared hotspot network to allow data transfer but maybe fire stick is not configured for it.

Is there any method to factory reset the device without turning it on ?

I switch to the correct HDMI input that my firestick 4k is connected but no signal stopped working like 2 months ago tried on multiple TVs and same result no TV picks up the signal I don't know if there's a cold solder joint but I don't see any bent or broken pins inside the HDMI port on the stick itself

Amazon Fire TV: Why is Mediatek logo constantly displayed

Mediatek logo is on left and right side of my TV screen. That's all it shows. It does flash as if it's trying to reboot. I have followed all the reset instructions and contacted Amazon CS, they didn't have a clue.

Any suggestions, other than buy a new TV? I wouldn't mind trying to repair it.

Hi, I’m using a firestick remote app on my phone as I lost the firestick remote years ago. Haven’t had an issue. But had to disconnect the wifi to add a new one, as soon as I did that the app stopped working. Firestick just comes up saying no network. App can’t find any firestick, have tried logging in manually but still won’t connect.

Have tried redownloading app multiple times, resetting firestick etc etc. Amazon help chat are not helping at all.

How can I connect to my firestick to add the new network?!
