Amazon Luna Controller: How do I fix the triggers going off randomly?

One of the triggers keeps going off randomly, and the only way to stop it is to pull the trigger up. What is the problem and how do I fix it? And if it can't be fixed, is there a way to change the trigger deadzone?

Amazon Luna Controller: Type of joysticks, are these hall effect or potentiometer?

I have no issue with this controller. It has been really great for me. I am playing Hollow Knight via bluetooth connection and steam on Windows PC. I haven't noticed any latency and I feel like this would definitely be a game where I would feel it. Just wondering about the Joysticks. I was hoping iFixit would do a tear down and we could see if the joysticks are hall effect or potentiometer?
