Amazon Fire TV Stick: fireoscaptiveportal generate_204 Setup Firestick

I’m trying to setup my new Firestick but it keeps getting stuck on the joining network page. The screen shows a white box and the message includes a link to fireoscaptiveportal generate_204

Any ideas on what to do please? My internet is working perfectly on my other devices.

I was getting ready to watch a movie with my fire stick. Then it just went to "no signal". The internet is connected, remote works, I've unplugged it from the tv and power source for about 5 minutes and it still won't turn on. I'm getting so frustrated please someone help me to get my fire stick to turn on.

My firestick is connected to my old Wi-Fi and that Wi-Fi is off now but I'm trying to connect it to my new Wi-Fi and it's not allowing me because it's telling me that it's not connected to my home network. My remote won't allow me to get into my settings to change the Wi-Fi. Can someone help me? Also the charger that came with the firestick is gone so I am using my phone charger. Is that a problem? Help me please someone!

Amazon Fire TV Stick: How to factory reset the Fire stick without any remote or app?

Why is my Fire Stick disconnected from the internet after I ran a "Share it app"? The remote also stopped working. I can't use the Fire TV Remote App as the Stick has no internet access.

I sideloaded an android app "share it" it on firestick but when I tried to send the data from my phone to fire stick, the screen just froze. I had to restart the TV but by then fire stick had lost the network access. Fire Tv -Stick is dispaying "No network access" message. Earlier it was connected to two modems but now its not detecting either of them. Somehow remote also stopped working. I tried two diffrent physical remotes (with fresh batteries) but now I can't navigate inside it by any means.

I don't know the reason but I guess the ‘share it’ app tried to create a shared hotspot network to allow data transfer but maybe fire stick is not configured for it.

Is there any method to factory reset the device without turning it on ?

Is it ok for me to power my fire tv stick using the USB port built into my television? The instruction manual says not to but I have been powering mine this way for about a week and have not had any issues. Have Direct TV app (beta, for the DVR), use a Fire Stick. once an hour or so the app goes to buffering - we restart the App, reset the modem, restart the fire stick - nothing seems to make it work. We have cleared the cache. Still buffering and other hijinks. What else can I do?

I brought my Amazon Firestick to my boyfriend’s house and plugged it into his tv. It won’t turn on at all. I’ve tried both HDMI ports, I’ve tried unplugging it and letting it “boot up”, I’ve tried turning off the tv, I’ve tried changing the batteries in the remote, I’ve tried “resetting” it and nothing is helping. It’s still plugged into the external power source. The screen just says no signal and stays blue. Nothing is popping up. What am I supposed to do?

Amazon Fire TV Stick: Fire stick won’t pick up my WiFi

My Firestick won’t pickup my WiFi router it’s oicking up tons of other WiFi networks but not any of mine ally other devices are picking up WiFi and connecting just fine. I have restarted both router and Firestick but still nothing any suggestions..? The WPS light is also on which it’s never been before but won’t turn off.. my Firestick worked fine this morning then stopped working saying my internet had a connection error ever since I forgot network and tried to reconnect I haven’t been able to find the network.
