Also the app won't work cause the cube is not connected to wifi. Customer service says I have to buy a new 30.00 remote for it to work. Pulling my hair out now. Anyone can help?

Now the Samsung remote controls turning on TV and volume on Sonos sound bar. Fire TV cube remote works for other buttons, but not power and volume. How do i reset? I’ve tried restart, unplugging fire cube. What else will reset?
