I turned the brightness display down so far that I cannot see anything on the screen.  If I can’t see to reset the brightness is there another way to do it?

My screen display is somehow in "negative picture" mode and not a natural viewing mode. Could find anything in settings for the display to get changed back.

I restart my kindle fire, hoping for a new start but along with the factory reset was the fact silk browser had changed completely. Twitter works very slow with this version of the browser and honestly I wish I could just go back it's almost unusable .

Can you help me fix an issue of my device being hacked? Apparently these scoundrels have nothing better to do than try to make my life more difficult than it already is! We’ve had this tablet since March 4th, 2021. Today when my son tried to open his profile on the tablet to play, it wouldn’t open. It’s just stuck on the Freetime loading screen, spinning round and round and round and round. It’s been hours.

I’ve restarted.

I’ve cleared the Freetime cache.

I’ve restarted again.

I’ve rebooted.

Freetime is still stuck on loading.

What else can I do?

Not sure if I have the right model as I can’t get it on to look. My Kindle won’t respond to touch. When it first comes on — sometimes — I can manage to turn it on by swiping, and other times it doesn’t respond to swiping. If I do turn it on, after the next touch it becomes unresponsive. I’ve rebooted it, recharged it, allowed the battery to go dead and then recharged it. I connected it to my PC and was able to get in and make one touch and then it went unresponsive at all. I really enjoy my Kindle and would like to get it running again but have no idea what to try next. Tia.

this may not be what i have but its as close as i can find and i cant get into settings to see for sure but any let me start my story. so i have 2 tablets both exactly the same one as a backup in case the other breaks well that one did break and hard too the screen was gone but i had some pretty important files on it 2 were apks for an app i was making and one was a photo that took me hours to doctor. anyways i had this bright idea that since all that was broken was the screen i thought hey what if i pull the boards out of both the tablets and swap em? well it worked but the thing is i broke the tablet about 2 years ago and never messed with em fer awhile cuz i just didnt have time so when i started the tablet and it asked me for a password i lost yet another round to this tablet and another issue is the these tablets were given to me as a christmas present and had my dads stepmoms son in law amazon account on them and i didnt have an amazon account so i just never took it off well fast forward to now and they live too far away now and i dont have a way to contact them and im not willing to factor reset it as i do NOT want to lose those files. help ples?
