Amazon Echo Spot: Why is my echo spot flickering?

When I got my echo spot I really liked it but then for some reason it started flickering and I tried everything. Dimming the display, getting a new power supply and factory resetting it. So I really hope someone can come up with an answer for it.

Amazon Echo Spot: Echo Spot replacement screen

Is there a replacement screen I can order for the Echo Spot? My screen is black. FWIW, the backlight appears to be working.

I prefer the size of the Spot to the Show 5 that replaced it, so I’m not ready to give up just yet.

Amazon Echo Spot: Stuck at ‘booting up’?

Stuck on Amazon Logo Loop - Any Ideas?

I had to move my spot to a different location and since I’ve replugged it in it is stuck on a continuous loop of ‘Amazon’ and ‘Echo’ as though it is trying to boot up. Have tried holding down Mute and vol. down - which just goes to a faint ‘recovery mode’ then returns to rotating logos. Never get to screen so can’t access any settings. Any ideas on how to fix or is it dead?
