Amazon Echo Show 2nd Gen: there is a replacement screen?

is there a way to get a replacement screen or digitizer? mine has the glass digitizer shattered, I talked to amazon customer support, and as it is out of warranty, they cannot neither repair it, sell a replacement part, I mean they can’t do anything to support the repair, really amazon? an enterprise son big as Amazon and there is no support for repair their products, if you broke any amazon device it means only one thing: one more thing to the trash and you have to buy a new one, even the cheaps china devices has replacement parts, I mean, Amazon is more polluting the environment with these electronic trash, it is really a shame, I will not buy an amazon product until they get a basic service supports for repair their devices, a shame for a company so big.

Amazon Echo Show 2nd Gen: Replace the speakers in the Echo Show 8 (1st Gen, 2019 release)?

I want to replace the speakers in the Echo Show 8 (1st Gen, 2019 release) with a better sounding speaker produced by Anker, Tribit or Bose. My plan is to purchase one of the aforementioned products, remove the speakers and put it into the Echo Show for more robust sounding playback. Is this possible?

I did some research and it looks like the Echo Show uses a 2 inch speaker. Can I replace it with any two inch speaker from the above products with similar watt usage?

Amazon Echo Show 2nd Gen: Echo show 2nd gen not turning on

I have a US plug Echo show 2nd gen. A friend of mine attempted to use a UK power plug and now the device won't turn on.

Is there any way to fix it by replacing something inside the device? I think the original US power plug is still working.

Any help would be great!

Amazon Echo Show 2nd Gen: Echo Show 8 does not respond

Alter more than 2 years, my Echo Show 8 suddenly stopped responding to Alexa vocal commands. Text commands or routines however work well. I have a red bar at bottom of screen. The microphone button on top does not react and was always off.

I opened the device and found one flat cable disconnected from the electronic plate on the cover (likely holding the microphone electronics). It took me a long time to reconnect the plug because it is very tiny. After that, the microphone button turned Red but still Alexa is not responding and button stays red even when pressed. Red bar is still there at bottom of screen. I did a factory reset after recovering light on the micro button but it did not fix the problem.

I am sad not being able to go further in the repair of my device. I would like to know if any one has experienced similar failure and how it could be fixed.
