AmazonBasics BTV1: How do I fix the crackling noise in my speaker?

Whenever I use my speaker I hear crackling sound whether I am connecting it through the AUX cable or through Bluetooth. How can I fix this?

When I enable the Bluetooth on my iPhone it still doesn't pair with the speaker. I tried turning it off and then back on but it still doesn't work. How can I fix this?

AmazonBasics BTV1: Fun 4u mini Bluetooth speaker won’t power on

I bought from amazon it’s not the device shown couldn’t find my exact speaker. Cannot get my fun 4u Bluetooth speaker to power on, when I plug it in to charge red light comes on but that’s it unplug it after a few hours and nothing it even the red light. If anyone can help I would be very grateful.
