stopped in the middle of shred. unit will not run in either direction. overheat light not lit. envelope contained plastic coated paper

So i have a amazon basics 6 sheet shredder and I've plugged it in and put it on auto on and it's still not working.I have removed most of the paper stuck inside just incase it was jammed but still not working. HELP!!

My shredder door will shut but not enough to turn off the "door open" can I override the door open or do something so it will work. with door open it wont work at all. the right side (exterior wall) is cracked and there is a piece of that door missing (about 3” L x 1W off of the left hand side of the outside wall
