Aluratek ADMPF310F: My frame keeps flickering, so I can barely see anything on the screen.

A day or two after I got my frame, I noticed the screen was flickering, so I could barely see anything on the screen. It was hard to even see my pictures for example. Is there a way to fix the screen without taking the whole frame apart to relieve the flickering screen?
