Alpha Hover-1: E1 error after motor cable replacement

Motor cable was ripped off from a crash. When I went to replace the cable I noticed a white wire floating around inside the hub. Did some research and found out that wire is for temperature sensor. I looked all over the Hall Sensors circuit board and couldn't find a place to solder the white wire to. I also noticed an extra end point from the motors cooper coils. I connected the 3 phase wires to each coils end points but there's a 4th cooper coils end point. Is 4 coil endpoints normal and is the 4th point for the white wire because that's the only place I can think of that looks like the wire can connect to. It's also a thin white wire and the phase wires are much thicker so I left the 4th coil alone and attempted to solder the white wire to the positive pin on the last hall Sensor. That didn't work. Scooter turns on normal and E1 code pops up soon as the motor turns

Alpha Hover-1: My scooter goes into limp mode

I don’t know exactly what’s happening, but after riding for a little bit, maybe 5-10 minutes, my scooter seems to go into a sort of limp mode and won’t go faster than 6 mph. Going up hill I have to push and it will only go 2 or 3. It’s like it’s reducing power output by 70% or so. Any thoughts?
