Hello! I have Alcatel Pop 4 + that has WiFi problems! It's able to connect and authenticate successfully. I'll have internet for 30 seconds and then Google Chrome will say that I'm no longer connected despite the fact that I am. All other devices on the same network are able to browse the internet without any problems so I suspect that the problem lies with my phone. Is there anything I can do including replacing parts or repairing it myself?

About 2-3 days ago, my battery began to drain really fast, and charged very slowly. My phone use didn't change at all before this. I tried different chargers, outlets, soft reset, I got apps to clean my phone, nothing has helped yet. As of this morning, it no longer turns on. I searched online and tried to clean the charging port, but that hasn't helped either. It's plugged in to a charger right now, and while the charging light is on (and has be on for about an hour) it won't turn on.

Should I try to replace the battery or do I just give up and buy a new phone.

My calls are dropping after two hours me and my friend are usually in the phone for hours.. But when I got this phone we can't be any longer than 2 hours..
