When my device is at 100%, it says my storage is close to full, But when my battery is at 95%, the message suddenly goes away. I've tried reboot, hard reboot, and factory reset. Can't lose this phone, I do some of my work on it, also used for 2FA.

I have tried several times to hold down the power key, along with the volume keys. A little screen appears where I have a few options. I have chosen each of them, but the phone still continues to turn on and off. I barely got this phone, brand new, a few months ago from Simple Mobile. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Alcatel Onetouch Go Play: Alcatel Pixi 4 Hardware Button Issues following Screen Replacement

I finally received a part for an Alcatel Pixi 4 (4060S). I removed the broken glass using a heat gun, and that went fine.

However, before removing the glue cover-thing on the new glass and installing, I put it in place and tested the buttons.

Only the recent-apps hardware button works when the glass is in. All three hardware buttons function when touched with a finger when the glass is off.

What may be causing this? I tried removing any glue residue from the OEM screen off of the sensors, but that didn't improve the situation.

Does anyone have any experience with this type of issue?

So I dropped my Alcatel earlier today and now when I text someone not only does the text I sent not appear on my screen it deletes or hides any previous messages sent by the person I’m texting. I have determined that my texts still go through they just never show up on my phone.

I’ve already restarted my phone several times. It doesn’t seem to do anything though as a side note it switches time zones after restarting. Usually from PST to East Coast Time, a difference of three hours.

I'm creating a resume from Google. In the past I've had no luck uploading my resume that is stored in the WPF files. Each time I try, it states "not enough memory." My question is..where is the best place to store a resume so it will not need any or no memory to upload. Most job sites do request resumes. Thanks so much for any advise.
