My alcatel wont turn on. I tried charging it but the white light comes on and that's it. I tried hard resting it but that didn't work. I tried taking the battery out and that didn't work. Please help me. It new and I had it for 3 months but I dont have a warranty.

My Alcatel One Touch Fierce XL keeps rebooting and will not come on. I have held 10 second off button and the volume button. If gave me a restart device. I did that. Im lost can someone help me please? :-)

My phone turned itself off then when I turned it back on, all it will do is repeatedly blink the Alcatel one touch screen, it won't turn completely on and stay on, I have very important information on my phone that I can't afford to lose, I paid way too much to be having these problems, I take really good care of my phone where my husband doesn't and his phone works just fine

this phone after it goes through the optimizing of the apps, it starts all over again with a different number of apps it’s optimizing; it’s seems like a virus to me. So if it is a virus, is there a site I could go to and run my phone through my laptop to get rid of the virus?

My Alcatel Fierce XL recently began rebooting out of nowhere. Sometimes when it loads up it forces me out of wifi and locks me out of it and I can't rejoin my WiFi network. Sometimes it doesn't disconnect wifi. I had to hard reset atleast 5 times now and it's ridiculous because I need it to stop

My Alcatel a30 Fierce is a piece of junk. It often changes setting while it's in my pocket with the screen locked. Two times it blocked numbers without my knowledge. I unblocked the calls but on one of those numbers it still will not let me answer when that number calls. It doesn't give me a ringtone. The banner appears saying to either dismiss or accept the call, but the banner always goes away before I can touch accept. Even when I'm quick enough to hit accept it still does not. All settings appear normal.

I tried taking off the upper volume button off to put on the power button.. So the middle button now looks like the button on the right which is the power button.. So I have two dead buttons.. I'm not good at moving anything the size of 0.2 inches.

I'm not sure if this qualifies to be repaired. The buttons are exposed. What's the fate of this phone :l?

I hate these magical buttons, they chop off and they don't work anymore.. Used to be like the space button.. Chopped off the cup. and no more pressing.

Doesn't have a removable battery, and then it has the power buttons and volume exposed.. Good combo :( these poops are stuck like magnetic. So pulling them off is easy.

So, my friend accidentally dropped my phone, and the back of the phone hit the corner of my coffee table. After this, the screen would not turn on(I tried to hard reset, etc to no avail). I believe my screen is broken. The charging LCD turns on when plugged in. Is there an easy fix?
