Alcatel One Touch Fierce: Why is my phone turning off suddenly even when the battery is full?

My phone turns off out of nowhere even when it is fully charged or has a substantial battery percentage. It usually won't turn back on for a long time. I have tried pressing and holding the power button and plugging it into a charger, but nothing seems to power it back up. I recently got this phone not even a year ago, so it shouldn't be a problem with the battery. This issue started happening maybe last month or two months ago. If you could help or have an idea what may be causing this that would be great.

Alcatel One Touch Fierce: Why is my power button intermittent?

The power button on my son's phone only works with many attempts to turn it on from the "sleep" mode. If someone calls in the phone will wake. Sometimes he is not able to wake it up at all. I saw one answer on your site for pressing the power button with the -volume button to re-boot another android type phone. Should I try this or is this problem more of a mechanical button problem? Thanks for any help...don't think he can afford to buy a new phone.

My SIM use to work but then one day it say no SIM so I reset my phone and put my sim card back in there. I went to settings ,mobile network and scan, but then suddenly up comes SIM unavailable to networks. WHY? WHAT HAPPENED, AND WHAT CAN I DO?

I have the T-Mobile revvl, Alcatel one touch fierce 5049w and for the past two weeks, if I go into the Google play store to download an app, it doesn't download because it says that is waiting for wifi. I am connected to Wi-Fi and the only other option is to click underneath it where it says download anyway, charges May apply. I have not changed or even going into my cell phone settings, Google or Google play store settings since I got the phone quite a few months ago n I got everything set up. Like I said, this has been doing this for about 2 to 3 weeks and I click on download anyway. Does anybody know why it tells me that it has to wait for wifi and that download anyway and that charges May apply is the only other option that I have in order to get what I need? They are not game apps or anything unnecessary or else I would not be searching for what I need and downloading them anyway. Thanks for anybody's help! It's been nothing short of frustrating…lol

When I turn on my Fierce, it boots up, gets past the alcatel fierce screen, gets to the METROPCS screen, and freezes. letting the battery drain and charging it again does nothing, restarting it doesn't help, and i cant factory reset it. Any fixes to this, that i can do at home?

Since 11:30 pm the cell phone shut down and all of the sudden started to optimize on his own. 1 or 2 out of 55 and the phone shuts down. I have removed the chip and the sd card. I have also removed the battery. Still doing the same thing. How can I stop the cell phone from doing that??

My phone turns on to the "Alcatel One Touch, powered by Android" screen then it just does tht repeatedly and then it just stops , it wont come completely on. idk what to do and the battery is unable to be taken out.
