I have Instagram installed. Can't open application. It says can't refresh the feed. Also says network request failed. It won't open up in the play store. Turned phone off n on multiple times. That hasn't helped. Please help! Application was fine last night.

It doesn't focus, at all. Like, I tap the screen and its not focusing. And, the quality is also grainy and 'noisy'. I mean, I thought it was 8MP and the photos are just not 8MP.

My Alcatel 585D handset can't turn on, so l hard reset by pressing #, it came on but Opera mini browser "can't connect to internet"! The repairman is perplexed that my phone's server can't respond, l remembered my seller tells me to get a new model phone, my question is:Can the browser be ever reinstalled?
