My screen broken from top to bottom ( one line)crossing the center where the function button appears. Can it be fixed , LCD is still fine .

My phone turned off while I was busy, so I turned it on again and after 30 minutes or something it turned off again. It replayed a couple of times. Now my phone won't go on anymore.. I charged it and tried to turn it on but it doesn't. When I charge my phone the light on the top goes on, but nothing really happens.. Can someone please help me. I have this phone like 2/3 months and I've never had a problem before. Please help !!

Idk if my phone is like the ALPHA but my phone can't remove the back.. so here's my problem. My power on button is not working.. my phone only turns on when i charge it but when it turns black the button won't work... please help me with this kind of problem.. i really want my phone to be fixed... help me please

Alcatel OneTouch Idol Alpha: dropped alcatel one touch idol alpha, slight crack, no buttons working

I dropped my alcatel one touch idol alpha on the floor and there is a crack on the top right corner and one thin crack running from the top crack downwards at the right side of the phone screen. My buttons are now not working on my phone, except the buttons 1 and 2 and 3. I did reboot the phone several times and nothing changes.
