Alcatel IdealXCITE: Is there a way to fix my white screen?

Hi, I have an Alcatel Ideal Xcite and when I turn the phone on it gives me a white screen but I still get the sounds of everything including incomin notifications. The screen won‘t let me do anything though. I've tried the reset possibility and still nothing how do I fix that?

I own an alcatel smart phone with a cracked screen. I believe it is an Excite but not sure. I am hoping I can determine this by looking at my cricket wireless billing online. I replace the phone with an alcatel Insight. Is it possible to have the cracked screen replaced? If so, where should i have this done?

Alcatel IdealXCITE: All Video Streaming Apps are Grayscale. Why?

I just recently fished my phone out of a lake. it died and I had to replace it. Though I did manage to salvage the SIM card. But shortly after putting it in the new phone, all streaming apps and video playing apps went Grayscale. Nothing else however.

It works temporarily after restarting the phone. But Grayscale returned within minutes. I ran it in safe mode and YouTube worked alright for the time I tested it. Not sure why. Any one have any guesses?

Alcatel IdealXCITE: Phone won't boot up (secure boot failure) RARE ERROR!

My phone has an error, when i try to boot it up it just says “SECURE BOOT FAILURE!” and the screen goes black.
The only way to power off the phone is to remove the battery and put it back in.

This error is extremely rare and ive looked everywhere but nothing could be found.

Alcatel IdealXCITE: My phone charge will not charge!

I need to wiggle the cord just right in order to start charging my phone, and with even the slightest of bumps it stops charging. Also when my phone turns off to charge faster it stops charging as well. I've looked inside my phones charging port and there's no gunk. But what I did see is a bent piece of metal that is supposed to slip into the charging cable. I use a USB cord.
