I just did a system update on my phone. My phone is lagging not sending text, won't unlock from home screen, some apps are missing, an also wouldn't let me shut it off... Please someone help. Ive only had this phone for a week now

The bottom of my phone won't work my touch screen is out I can't go back on the screen or close my apps or anything but it lets me unlocks my phone I can use the top of my phone but the bottom of my touch screen don't work and my phone keep flickering off and on like it's buttons are stuck or something keeps going to different apps keep popping off and on off and on all type of weird stuff

I have an Alcatel 7, which wasn't an option in the list of devices, so sorry for putting the wrong one. I put about 475 songs (Some MP3, some WMA), all from CDs I ripped to my laptop. But for some reason it will only show/scan about 40 of them. I've tried numerous different music player apps, scanning apps, like FX scanner, and I've also removed the .nomedia files from the music and folders leading to the music, and also turned my phone off and back on several times. It's been like this for about 4 months and I've been looking and looking on the internet trying to find answers to it but I can't :/ I've deleted them and redownloaded them several times aswell to try to get it to find the music but it still only scans the same 40 songs. And I have tried both putting them on the SD card and internal memory and it still won’t find them. Please help, as this is very frustrating. Thank you!

So my alcatel 7 turns off randomly and just keeps rebooting over and over on the boot up logo and it takes about 20min to get it to properly boot up

So i dropped my phone in water but i couldnt put it in rice bc we were at church so then the next day we got rice and i left my phone in the rice for about 2 days and I turnt it on and it had lines on it. But i can turn it on but the screen is froze and wont let me do anything.

Hi, apologies for posting in relation to a different phone than headlined (my option wasn't listed).

I'm trying to physically disable or degrade the Wifi module on my beautiful new £15/$22 Alcatel Pixi 4 4 4034x phone but unfortunately can't find it! Would anyone looking at the two photos please know which part(s) might be it?

My purpose is to create a wifi-free sim-locked phone which I can use for listening to lectures for upcoming exams, while staying off the internet.
