Alcatel A50: Why is my sound not working?

I have a new Alcatel A50 and the sound keeps disappearing. I restart the device and the sound works just fine for a while but then suddenly stops working.. I have Bluetooth off, sounds on, do not disturb is off.. Help?

I dropped my Android phone on the ground when I was sitting on my Walker and it wouldn't come back on for any reason in the world. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I just got this phone yesterday and when I plugged it in to charge everything seemed normal but when I looked at my percentage and it was lower than what I started with. I figured oh maybe there is too many apps open so I closed all of them except the one I was using and then closed that right after. But it still continued to drain while charging. I tried turning on lower power mode and turned the brightness all the way down just an extra measure and it is still continuing to have this problem. Why is this happening. Again I just got it yesterday.

i put my phone in my jean pocket the other day and when i pulled it out there was white lines across my screen so i smacked it and it fixed and its been doing it alot and now it wont go back and i cant enter in my password ( its a pattern password ) how much do you think it will cost to fix it?

When I turned my phone on, I tried to pull my notification panel down, that didn't work, and then I got into an app and I figured out that I couldn't use the home button either, and I don't have a clue why.

Alcatel A50: My phone got into the laundry. Now it says low battery temperature

Hi there,

So one day I found one of my old phones in the laundry with my load after it was done. It wasn’t visibly damaged on the outside but it complains about “low battery temperature” whenever I try to charge it. If I have to go into the guts of the phone I will gladly do so.

I did a hard reset and now I can’t do anything it keeps asking me to sync the tablet with what i synced it with originally but that was 7 years ago i no longer have that info. I can’t bypass the google screen. when I set it as new again it tells me it was reset already to use that info. I called T Mobile they told me without the google info the tablet was as good as garbage.
