The noise is only happening in the left earbud, it also affects the volume level making it distorted and loud. I assume it is caused by them falling out of my ears at work.

A few days ago I was charging my AirPods and i plugged in my charger why airpod light wouldn’t turn orange (which shows when it’s charging) instead it kept flashing orange I brought different chargers but none of them work on my AirPods it worked on my phones and iPads tho. I think there was a problem with my case

AirPods Pro 2: My left Airpod is producing heavy static and the right metallic noise

Recently, I got these used/damaged airpods. They're in decent condition, but the left airpod is producing a loud static on transparency mode and the same albeit quieter effect in noise cancellation mode. The right one is alright, but I get a metallic version of this static noise that sounds almost like a wind tunnel. The coverage is long expired and I've tried resetting them, but the only fix so far is to set the preset to "off", albeit this causes a massive reduction in audio quality.

my airpods pro2 case wont hold charge. it shows its charging when connected to a charger. but once disconnected its dead. It also wont connect the pods with my phone anymore.

It started after not using it for a while couse of a slight misplacement of 1 of my pods... before it was just fine.

i know you can replace them. but is it worth it, and what battery does it need?

The left airpod does not sound at all while the right airpod sounds very low even when it is on full volume. But the sense buttons work for both airpods when they are connected to the phone

Hi,

I received an AirPods case for repair. The problem is that the case won’t charge the earbuds, and the earbuds remain off when placed inside.

I measured the voltage at the charging pins inside the case, and it reads around 3.5V under normal conditions. The battery seems fine — it’s not swollen and holds a charge.

What could be the cause of this issue? Is 3.5V at the pins normal, or is there another component that might be faulty?

Any suggestions or guidance would be appreciated.

Hi everyone,

I bought my AirPods Pro 2 back when they were first released and they’ve worked fine until recently. A few weeks ago, they suddenly stopped connecting to my iPhone, I tried reconnecting through the Bluetooth settings, but it asked me to “Forget This Device” first, so I did.

When I opened the case again, the pairing popup showed up on my iPhone as usual, and everything seemed to work, until the moment I needed to put the AirPods into pairing mode. That’s when I realized the button on the back of the case doesn’t seem to work at all. Pressing it does nothing, and the LED doesn’t change.

I’m guessing the button might be physically broken. I’ve considered buying a new MagSafe case and pairing the AirPods with that one, but I’d really rather avoid spending more money if there’s any way to fix this or reset it some other way.

Any ideas ?

I cleaned my AirPods with alcohol, only a small amount but after a few cleanings, both have started to rattle a lil while I’m walking, and it’s really annoying. How/can I fix it besides sending it to a delivery centre or buying a new pair?
