AirPods: Charging Airpods without the charging case.

Hi,

Ive lost the charging case for my airpods, is there an alternative way i can charge the airpods?

Maybe by applying the correct voltage to the power connections on the bottom of each airpod?

I do plan on getting placement charging cradle but its not possible for me at the moment.

So one of the earphones fell out of my ear and I didn't realise till I couldn't find it. I left it to find it the next day and found it on the driveway where the cars park. it looks like it was run over. the airpod still charges and works it has the in-ear detection and when double tapped on the side pauses my music but no sound will play from the speaker how do I fix this problem???

So one day about a week ago my left AirPod died. I put it in the case to charge when I removed it the AirPod no longer worked. When I open my case and remove the right one the left one registers inside the case but when I remove it it no longer shows nor connects to my device. My right one still works perfectly fine

So I have Gen 1 AirPods with the 2nd Gen Wireless Charging Case. I’ve noticed that my right AirPod is actually dying quicker. I charge them both to 100% and use them at the same time. My mic for them is set to automatic, not on specific side. Any ideas on what could be causing this? Thanks!

I got Airpods in early March and they've been working and feeling great. I dampened them with a moist towelette which might be the problem. I charged them overnight, but it the morning when I opened the case the small light did not light up green, orange, or white and my phone did not connect to them automatically or manually. It may be a charger cord problem. The outlet was doing well with other devices.

Hi, about a week ago I started to notice that my right airpod is quieter than the left one. I thought ear wax was the problem so I bought alcohol and carefully cleaned them, and after that carefully sucked the holes. I had no improvement at all. But what I noticed is that when I try to suck left airpod from the center grill I have less airflow than with the right one. What can I do?

i'm trying to diagnose some issues with some air pods (gen 2).

there's the obvious - connect, play music, use voice recorder

but i'm looking for something a little more thorough. are there any apps that can exercise the speakers and microphones? either specific diags or programs that could be use as such?

I received a pair of airpods from a friend, but they do not work. The only thing that happens is the amber light flashes when I open the case.

They do not connect to the phone.

I tried holding the button for reset. Nothing

Both my AirPods have a very distant sound; It sounds very quiet as if it is coming from the other room. I tried cleaning them which made it slightly better, but it still is too quiet to use, even at max volume. I suspect it might be water damage, since 2 days before the issue started, I went to the pool, and the remaining water in my ears might have damaged the speakers, but I cannot confirm this. Does anybody know what the problem could likely be and how I can fix it?
