My headphone stopped charging. I can see that the pins inside the charging port are damaged. How can I fix it!

I have the aeropex model (as800), but they do look very similar to the open run. I do usually use these for work, and I do have to pause my books/music often. The button still works, however I have to push really hard for any type of click to work. How fix?
