Afterglow Prismatic Wired Controller for Xbox One: The "color change button" appears to be constantly pressed.

Hello. My PDP Afterglow controller for Xbox is not working properly for the following reason: the color change button appears to be constantly pressed, disabling the rest of the buttons. Even after removing the physical button, the problem persists (the switch is not embedded, it's as if there is a failure in the chip board). Is there any way to disable that button? (it's the one right next to the right stick). Thank you.

Afterglow Prismatic Wired Controller for Xbox One: Why is my controller not turning on?!

I had one controller and that one suffered to water damage so then I got a new controller (but I'm Hispanic so I'm not rich so I couldn't buy another one after this one) so I had this new controller for about 3 months but then it just suddenly won't turn on. I know what ur gonna say “it's the cord" or “fix the cord” or “i had the same problem and it fixed by changing the cord” but that didn't work. I know this because the cord works with my phone and other devises so it should work with my controller. I'm not rich so don't tell me to buy a new controller. The controller won't even turn on so I can recalibrate it. The colors don't turn on or anything. Please someone help me, I'm 12 and can barely last without my Xbox.

Afterglow Prismatic Wired Controller for Xbox One: The left thumbstick clicker button will not click...

Hi guys. My son's Xbox One Afterglow controller's left thumbstick button will not click when the thumbstick is pushed forward. This is super annoying when trying to play Battlefield 1, because that happens to be the run button.

Couple of things :

I dunno how the damage was done, my son did it and he's pleading the fifth...

The button does click on almost all other positions and there seems to be no catchiness in the movement of the thumbstick.

I have noticed the left thumbstick will pull up almost half a centimeter, whereas the right has zero upward play.

Any suggestions or answers you already know are very much appreciated. There had been an aborted attempt to open up the controller but I was weary on how much force should be required to separate the two halves of the case. But I plan on a reattempt...

Afterglow Prismatic Wired Controller for Xbox One: My Controller Won't Turn On

I was playing my Xbox One and put up my footrest on my couch and the cord snagged under the it and when I pushed the footrest back down it pulled the controller out of my hands and it fell onto the floor.

Now the controller doesn't get power to it unless I push the cord into the controller really hard and I tried my phone charger and the problem persisted.

Note: I tried recalibrating the controller by holding D-pad down and pushing the cord into it and when the controller was vibrating when recalibrating it didn't turn off and I didn't have to push the cord into it to keep it on but the second I pressed A and the vibrating stopped it turned off again.

Please help, I really don't want to have to trade it in for another but if I have to I will.
