2000-2006 Acura MDX: 2004 Acura MDX Front AC not working?

This is not the first time I have had this problem. The first time I followed some directions I found on another blog that led me to pull out the transistor assembly and replace a thermal fuse for $.74! Here is a link to the blog I was referring to.

After replacing the thermal fuse the first time the air conditioner went back to working perfectly. About 9 months later the A/C and Heater stopped working again, I purchased another thermal fuse, re-soldered it and when I replaced the assembly the front blower stopped working all together.

I decided to replace the entire transistor assembly for about $70. Here is a link to where I purchased the assembly from.

When I replaced the assembly the blower and the heater started working again but the A/C still is not working.

What's the next piece I should be checking? I really can not afford to spend $500 - $1000 getting my wife's A/C fixed right now. Any help would be hugely appreciated.

Thank you!

2007-2013 Acura MDX: Car is making a weird clicking noise

Hello All,

My car is making this weird clicking noise. It doesn’t happen all the time, it happens every so many days. I took it to a couple of mechanics and of course, when they were looking at it, it did not make the noise. They put it on the computer, and nothing came up. There isn’t any check engine or any visible indicators. Below is a link to the video where, i was able to record what it is doing? Thank you for any advice that you are able to give.

2007-2013 Acura MDX: Why is my idiot light on a 2007 Acura DMC saying "Battery not charging

I have a 2007 Acura DMX. Today (11/21/2017) I took the car out in a heavy rain. Eventually, I lost power. Pulled over side of the road, waited awhile and started car up again. Idiot light came on to say "Battery not charging" but I could run the car. However, power steering was totally gone and had great difficulty in turning the wheel in either direction. I thought everything had gotten soaked from the heavy rain. It is now 8 hours later. Car is parked in a warm garage in my house. Turned up car again. Again, idiot light came on, "Battery not charging". What should I do in this situation. Thank you.
