Acer TravelMate B115: Power Blue indicator blinking but no display

and It worked by itself, then I took it apart and had to make a USB port. And when I was making the USB port, something hit the board and the part fell out. But then I replaced that part and there is no problem with it Also the USB port is damaged and 4 pins are touching each other. Both positive and negative pins. And the screen lights up once in 1000 times and it doesn't show anything. Could it be a short circuit at the USB port and that's why it won't turn on? Please help me
