Hi there,I Have a 4810t acer loptop i have no sound in my internal speakers but still i can use headphones by the way a red light coming frome audio sockt.

I have no idea what happened to my laptop.I was at school and I sat it down in the grass for a while.When I got home I turned it on and my whole screen was white big black marks so I couldn't see the screen.Also every time I try and touch the screen the black stuff spreads.Can someone please tell me whats wrong with it ,and how can I get it fixed?

Acer Timeline 4810T: Screen is blank but the pc is running

After switching on the laptop. The cooling fan starts working , touch buttons starts blinking but screen remains blank.

Acer Timeline 4810T: Laptop screen turns dim on one side

Recently something not too light dropped on the side of my laptop.

Now when I hold to the side of the lid to close it, a portion of the screen turns dimmer than the other parts of the screen which has display on it and returns normal after let go of the lid

What could be the problem? A loose connection at that side or the whole assembly has to be replaced?
