I get in the storage manager and i found a 188GB file called mobile sync and idk what is its purpose and idk if its related to window systeme or its a useless file that its okey to delete

Hello everyone, its been over 2 monthss that ive been suffering from a problem that really annoys me and makes working or playing on my laptop very unenjoyable
the laptop cuts on itself the wifi connection and sometimes the wifi names disappear and doesnt show and sometimes it shows but i cant connect keeps teeling me that i cant connect, ive tried many fixes given by AI especially updating the drivers and many other stuff and im starting to think its a hardware issue but i hope some1 here can help please
