Acer Predator Series: My Acer predator Helios 300 ph315-52-713r does not turn on

Hello, I have encountered such a problem, my laptop acrer predator Helios 300 model ph315-52-713r does not turn on after the end of work. When the power supply is connected, the fully charged battery indicator lights up, when you try to turn it on, an inconspicuous click is heard somewhere in the laptop (goes into protection) and the power supply goes into protection if you reconnect the power supply, the history repeats. Help, what to do?

Predator Helios 300 (2018): screen flashes, then turns off unless at specific angle

Device is used, so not sure what exactly caused this, but the screen will flicker and go out completely until its moved. When screen goes black on laptop, if a monitor is connected, it changes resolution to a point where it's not visible. Have tried to format it, and no luck.

When I’m trying to charge my laptop the charger went from 19,5V to 0.7-1.2V. I don’t know why I tried with another charger and it did the same thing, i think there is problem on motherboard, not from the side of charger. I looked with electric meter between the cable of charging port and motherboard. And the short circuit is on the side of motherboard. Can someone give me some ideas what can be broken?

My laptop, which I bought in 2019, has been working until now. Recently, the GPU fan stopped working. I checked it and found that the fan was broken. I think the prolonged use and high temperatures caused the plastic fan from 2019 to become brittle and break easily. I'm looking for the correct replacement fan so I can fix it and retrieve the data I need. Thank you.

Hello, I'm trying to find the fuse for my backlight. I have held a torch to my screen and can see it but otherwise it's dead, so I've concluded my backlight fuse must be dead. However I cannot find it in the sea of fuses and such.

I don’t know how to replace the battery on this laptop and I also need to know where and how to find one. I have opened the bottom before, and saw the battery but it said it voids your warranty if it’s opened.

Predator Helios 300 (2018): Power button doesn't fully respond

I'm having issues with the power button for a couple of months now, I have taken my laptop to two individuals, one said it was the drives which clearly was not since the issue persisted, the second said it was a circuit that was broken and replaced it and yet the issue remained. I had mentioned to both of them I simply wanted to replace the key since I believe it has to do with the pressure or the contact. Since when this issue started I had to press hard and for a few seconds and it just turned into pressing it longer and longer to the point now I don't dare turning of my laptop and put it on sleep mode now. How do I replace the power button or could there be any other issue that I'm unaware of?

Predator Helios 300 (2018): screw heads worn out

I normally clean my laptop frequently, but this time, when I tried to open it for a cleanup, the screw heads were worn. The screws used to hold the HDD drive had worn out. How do I remove it so that I can replace it with new ones? I did try using a bigger screwdriver and using a rubber band for grip. Even tried with a tape. Is there any way around?

Acer Predator 17 G9-792: Removing battery solved laptop not starting initially

My laptop wouldn't turn on this morning and there was no light indicating it was charging. I ended up removing the battery to see if this was the issue and the laptop turned on twice for me. So I assumed the issue was due to. A dead battery. I've had the laptop for 8 or so years.

I went away and came back a few hours later and now it won't start again. So now I'm confused at to what could be the cause.

So, around Christmas last year my laptop went kaput in the middle of using it. No warning, nothing. When plugged in the charging light does not turn on, and it isn't turning on at all. Have tried different chargers and a power flush or two, but can't get anywhere with it.

Acer Predator 17.3": My GPU fan is making an annoying noise.

I have an Acer Predator Helios 300 PH315-52-75DE. The GPU fan, on the right side, is making a low pitched rattling noise. It’s very hard to describe, but it’s like a purring or growling. The fan propellor is metal not plastic for some reason, but I think that could be it. I tried using some foam tape for shock absorption, and that did help a bit. My only idea is to buy a replacement fan and swap the propellers. I can include some pictures if that would be helpful.

Acer Predator Triton 300: Where can I find a replacement CPU (and GPU if cheap enough) fan?

Hi, my son's laptop fans have always been loud. The CPU fan now makes an awful noise. We stripped it down and cleaned it up but it looks like it's too late for the CPU fan.

I can't seem to find a replacement. Is there a reputable place in the UK to buy replacement parts? I never know if I need to be exact with fans for specific models.
