Acer Iconia Tab A3: Front glass undamaged, when screen turned on I see cracks

I have just recently sat on my Acer Iconia Tab 10 A3-A40. There are no scratches on the front glass, if I run my fingers over it, I do not feel anything.

When I turn on the screen, it shows cracks over black background, touch is not working.

Can someone please help me find what parts I need to buy? I am unsure, but I believe I need to buy a LCD screen with digitizer. Or can I buy only LCD screen and re-use the digitizer?

thank you for your help guys!

Acer Iconia Tab A3: A popup appears saying that youtube has stopped

I keep on getting this popup that says: “Unfortunately, Youtube has stopped.” I press “ok” and five seconds later it would appear again. I have tried to power it off, but that did not work. i have not downloaded the Youtube app, which is very confusing as to why it says that notification, when i don’t even have the app, and Safe Mode is not available, as the device is old. I do not know for sure what model it is, but i am unable to access anything on the device, please help

Acer Iconia Tab A3: Why can't I hard reset my tablet?

Hello guys.

My sister tried to upgrade android but failed to do it. Now tablet is stuck on Android upgrade logo and won't start. When i connect charger it automatically power up and i can't press Power Button and Volume Up so i can't get to screen where i can pick Factory Reset.

So basically: 1) Tablet power up, 2) Gets to Android Upgrade logo, 3) It stays for 1-2 min, 4) Restart and all over again until battery dies then he turns off.

My question is: Is there any other way to factory reset my tablet? I know that this is just software issue but i can't find any answer on google.

Thank you guys in advance.
