Acer Iconia One 8: Screen is flickering on my tablet

Please tell me why is my screen flickering on on my brand new acer One 8' 850 tablet. Just got last night. So when I watch a show it kept doing it. Please tell me what I need to do??

I reset my tablet now its stick on black screen saying =>fastboot mode..

Ive tried the hard reset but continues to stay on this screen

The digitizer glas on my Acer Iconia One 8 B1-830 is cracked. I already took the tab apart successfully. Desperately seeking the internet for a replacement part, but without any findings.

Problem is: model B1-830 is different from B1-810 and B1-820 and also different from other 8 inch acer models.

I need a digitizer glass for Iconia One 8 B1-830

Any help welcome

I have just bought an Acer Iconia One 8 for a gift. I charged it overnight and it booted, I was asked for a Google account, gave it the username and password, I received Google's challenge and confirmed that it was my account (shared with my husband, for whom the gift is intended). However, I then got the message

"This device was reset. To continue, sign in with a Google Account that was previously synced on this device

Enter your email"

This is a brand new device - the security tag on the box was unbroken. Google alerts tell me that there has been a successful login each time I tried it. I can't see how to get out of this?
