i was using my tablet earlier today and then when i just got home it would not start up, ive had it plugged in for a while and all it does is give a little vibrate about every five or so seconds

my acer iconia a1-810 will not turn on into the normal home screen it stays in the "android system recovery' and every time i try to "reboot system now" it restarts and says "erasing" for a good 20 seconds. The tablet is not even 3 years old a good tablet. please help

Acer Iconia A1-810: Screen picture frozen and unresponsive to all touch and buttons.

Whilst browsing on eBay, I left the tablet for several minutes. The screen normally goes into sleep mode but didn't this time.

The screen remained on and frozen. Totally insensitive to touch and unresponsive to the on/off button and to the volume control button.

The Acer logo screen briefly appeared after a few minutes but then the screen went blank and has remained so ever since yesterday.

I have tried to do a factory reset but without result.

The procedure of button pressing involving the on/off and the volume buttons had also failed to have any effect.

The battery was charged before this screen blackout and the tablet has not been dropped or knocked in any way.

Does anyone know of way of solving this problem without involving Acer Support?

The little pins where I plug my charger into my tablet are damaged so I dismantled it because my tablet wasn't charging anymore and I noticed that the little pins (whatever they're called) were not going into the middle part of the charger connection when I went to charge it so when I opened it up very carefully I disconnected the charger connector and have been looking for the same part to replace it in NZ but no one can help me I hope you or someone can help me please or steer me in the right direction cos most people just say ' buy a new one' but I don't want to because I believe it's fixable thanks Sina

i plugged in my tablet one night to charge then i picked it up the next morning and it wouldnt turn on, but when i plugged it in again all it did was vibrate about every 5 seconds forever, it has bever been dropped and has had the motherboard replaced on warranty. please help?
