Acer Extensa 2509: My computer won't start

I tried to reboot it and every time a blue screen comes up with text at the bottom saying setup is starting but there is an error box in the middle of the page which says Windows could not collect information for [OSImage] since the specified image file [install.wim] does not exist.

My computer has a virus, or many. While trying to download an anti virus my computer got worse. My laptop was rebooted and restored and now my laptop keyboard is all messed up. At first i couldn't type at all, making it impossible to type my password. now ill press a key and a few may work, while others will type 3+ letters at once. Im using the onscreen keyboard with my wireless mouse, which wasn't working at first but can now after keeping my laptop off for a few days. What is the problem? Virus and internal? or external? Please help. im in school and a writer. Thank you.
