Acer XZ270U: Acer XZ270U No Power

I recently bought an Acer XZ270U off facebook marketplace that does not power on.

When I plug it in, there are no sounds, no lights, and the display remains off.

I already tried replacing the power supply that it came with, to no avail. I am guessing it’s something to do with the main board? I went ahead and opened it up, here is a picture:

Again if I switch off the power of this monitor and switch on then same thing happens, it shows picture for 1 or 2 seconds and then it blanks out. Its not the problem with the CPU as I have tested with other monitor and it works fine. I need a guide to fix this monitor.

Acer S200HL LCD Monitor: Why does the LCD screen flicker and randomly turn into a black screen?

At random intervals the screen flickers especially when the CPU usage is above about 35% and sometimes it turns black. 2 seconds later, the screen comes back to life while flickering a lot and CPU usage jumps to about 50%. It also could cause the CPU to crash with a either, Blue screen of death, or a screen that is purple and blue at the bottom of the screen and a black screen at the top. The error message is also glitched out.

The screen turns on, on off switch still works, buttons still works, sound still works.
BUT when I plug it in or activate it, it turns on for 2-3 seconds with a pinkish tint and turns black. The on-off button is still “white” (indicating it’s on, orange means asleep).

Acer AL2216W: identify the value (uF and V) for the capacitor marked as CE103?

Hi,

I have the same Acer AL2216W and everything is identical except for the power board which is a Delta DAC-19M009 (what you have depicted is the 19M010). I don't have a way of attaching a photo of the 19M009. Is there someone that can identify the value (uF and V) for the capacitor that is marked as CE103? It is the capacitor above CE105 which is a 2200 uF 10V and lying flat like the 120 uF 400V cap above the AC power input socket (instead of vertical as the other caps on the board are) and aligned bot-to-top of board unlike the capacitor boxed in red in step 12 above.
