Acer Chromebook R11: How can I get a foreign object out of the headphone jack?

I tried plugging my headphones into the headphone jack in school, but it wasn't going in. I couldn't really see anything, so I tried using force (which was probably a dumb move). When that failed, I got my flashlight out and saw a tiny (nearly the size of the jack) clear ball jammed at the bottom. It's frustrating because I have no idea where it could've came from, and I've only had the Chromebook for about a month now. What should I do? Please help! :((

It was dark and I was trying to plug in the charger. The charger accidentally touched the HDMI port directly and it sparked real quick and my chromebook turned off instantly. The lights will not come on when plugged in and the chromebook will not turn on.

When I try to charge my R11, the power cable sits very loosely in my device, and it will only charge when held at an angle.

Can I replace the DC jack, without replacing the whole motherboard?

I have an Acer Aspire switch 10 E tablet with a detachable keyboard. I am trying to reset it but i do not have the keyboard to do so. Is there any way to reset the tablet without the keyboard? The tablet does not have a usb port, only a mini hdmi port. I also do not have access to the tablet, since the password is unknown.
