Hi All,

i got a problem i cant figure out.

i picked up acer q1vzc laptop to use for web surfing etc.

it had windows 7 installed and i upgraded to windows 10.

even before updating to windows 10, it said battery connected but not charging. so i just assumed bad battery.

so today i got new battery and tried but same…

i rad online that it mihgt be bios issue but acer support doesnt have any drivers for this one. https://www.acer.com/ac/en/ID/content/su...

what i found out is that this model was a chrome book and previous owner de-chromed it.

i still believe this is software issue that can be fixed, not issue with mb.

anyone has any ideas?
