Acer Aspire R7: Why won't my laptop reach the login screen?

My computer turns on but I am unable to reach my Windows login.

Instead, the computer mentions something about not finding a bootable partition and remains there. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

tries the function f7 - didnt work

tried uninstalling-installing the keyboard didnt help

The graphic card is not showing up on the laptop I checked the display adapters and nothing shows up btw the graphic card is a gtx 940mx
