Alt F10 i get your pc needs to be repaired. a required device isnt connected or not working. Error Code; Oxc0000225 said i will needrecovery disk or usb if not contact pc maker

When I turn my laptop on it just stays and realoads the Acer screan and as the shop will not take it back I want to sell it as I have not really ever used it and don't want to spend money getting it fixed so would like to fix it myself.

Acer Aspire E 11: Why is my password not working

I’ve got this laptop back in 2016 I think and it was working fine and then I didn’t use it for a while and it’s quite glitchy when I try turn on the screen etc. When I try type in my password it doesn’t work, I’ve changed it and it works on my phone but still doesn’t work on my laptop anyone know why?
