After changing to 8GB Ram I had a way better performance but then suddenly I had some shut offs sometimes after opening and cleaning the ventilator it was working better again, but I would like to come into the bios to see if the 8 Ram is running smoothly and also I want to change the CPU and add a SSD, what do you recommend?

Right now running on windows 10 or 11
