A515-45-R4P4: What is the exterior screw size?

This is the laptop my family members use, and today my mom showed me a screw was missing by the hinge. I'm not sure how considering I'm the only person who would be taking things apart, and the threading is fine so it's not like it fell out or anything. I borrowed a screw from a less vital spot for now, but i was just wondering if anybody happens to know the size these screws are, and where i could find replacements

I cleaned my laptop and went through all the basic procedures. Remove battery, remove fan cable.

After I finished cleaning I went on and installin everything I removed in exact order and when I try to turn on my laptop, it powers on and blue light stays idle like normal but no display is showing and suddenly the light flickers.

What should I do?

My laptop screen use to fliker when their is slight movement in the laptop while closing and opening the screen it starts flikers and get stuck.

I've been using my aspire 515-56 for a long while, and the case has become a liiiitle banged up with use. I'm talking multiple cracks 'n such--not to the point of being unusable, but I'd like to at least be prepared just in case. No other problems for now, it's just the casing.

I recently found live ants on my laptop, and I think they made a colony i side. The last time I used my laptop it was still working perfectly fine, but the next day after I turned it on, the screen is just displaying pure white and I think the ants damaged something inside. Please help me.

I have acer laptop aspire 5 A515-54-51DI, only if can use power adaptor to running,, if only use battery will shot down, even I change new battery, also I found that when I use AC pow mer adaptor the power icon on the screen say NO BATTERY is CONNECTED.( battery is 100% charged)

When I type, some letters are very difficult to make. This seems to be because it is wearing out. I don't get a wrong response - it is often absent, and I have to strike the keys a certain way to get it.

Hello, im Benjamin from Chile. This is my situation:

Yesterday i had the curiosity of look inside my laptop, to clean it in case it was dirty, y do not disconnect nothing, i just, quited the case, cleaned the fan, and no much more. but when i closed it and i tried to turn it on, it had no display.

I dont know why, im not an expert in this things, but i have not doing something bad i guess.

This are the signals:

The lateral led lights that indicate the charge works.

Sound a "Pip" when i connect it while it is "turning on"

The screet dont emit any light, its absolutely black

I hope someone in the internet can help me.

The audio on my laptop keeps cutting out. I can be using it at a low volume, like 10%, but suddenly it sounds distorted and it's really painful to listen to, like the speaker is broken. This also happens when I'm using headphones. This has been going on for over a year, and I haven't had it checked. It's really strange; it just goes from being normal to completely breaking down. I don't know why.

Acer Aspire 5 A515-43: Need to replace battery in Acer Aspire A515-43

My laptop case has started cracking--on the left side. between the ~ key and the tab key on the top. The crack is about an inch long, going from the left edge of the laptop to the left side of those two keys. The bottom of the case is also slightly separated right below where the power cord plugs in.

I am guessing that the battery is swelling, and I need to replace it. Unfortunately, I do not find a repair guide or battery for this model.

Is there another battery and repair guide that would work for this model?

My laptop's model is acer aspire 5 a515-57g and has white backlight keyboard.
my laptop's keyboard is not working. but only power on and off function is working. when i try to go into bios at the time of booting my laptop there also my keyboard doesn't works like all keys are disabled except power button. But the backlights of keyboard are turned on every time when i start laptop.
