Acer Aspire 5253: Why won't my laptop turn on?

One day I was using my laptop off the battery, when suddenly it shut off. I thought that the battery had just died, but after plugging it in, it didn't work. The charge light goes on and so does the power light. After pressing the power button, I can hear the fan run for approximately 3 seconds, then it shuts off. Nothing shows on the display. I know that the display isn't broken because I plugged it into an external display, which is what I normally use anyway, and nothing showed. It's not the hard drive, because it boots in my other computer. I am very good with this stuff (computer repair is my side hobby), but I have no idea where to start. All I need to know is what is wrong with it so I can replace it.

Acer Aspire 5253: Power issue and won't power

I have an Acer aspire 5253 with an issue of power. When I connected the charger to a power source it has no indication of charging and wouldn't power on even when the battery has some power in it. Then at certain time of the day it just then powers on. Initially I thought it was something I could resolve easily by resetting the bios but it didn't. Sometimes it doesn't come on for weeks. I went online and read something about warming up the system then it would come on.

I realized that this happens when the weather is cold, so I just have to heat up the laptop then it would function normal. I have be on this in the last five years. My technicians can trace the problem. Please, how can I resolve this?

Acer Aspire 5253: No WiFi. (actually 5200 series)

Despite attempting connection via Ethernet cable to no avail as well as any other method connecting Wi-Fi, I noticed the wireless switch (the button under the screen just above the keyboard to the right of the power button) has a faint glow emanating from the LED. VERY faint. Possibly indicating a short? If it's any indication, it is when the orange LED is glowing (or lit), such as the touchpad switch on the opposite side (to the left of the power button) is No lit LED = device works… when LED is lit, devices is off, i.e. that device has no function, or is switched off. If logic and deduction make any points here, the Wi-Fi is Switched Off. After removing the panel above these switches (plastic above the keyboard) I was able to, using a thin gauge wire, jumper 2 of the contacts on opposite sides of the switch for the Wi-Fi, which NOW allowed the wireless system to now recognize Wi-Fi signals in the area, however still will not connect. Despite having going into Computer Settings and manually enabling as many Services as possible. Many of the wireless related Services simply will not start up saying that they have a dependency group failing to start. What's my next step guys?

Acer Aspire 5253: I cannot connect to the wireless network, my laptop did not detect it.

Hi, my old laptop is Acer Aspire 4253 - E352G32Mnrr. Its a very old laptop. It cannot detect the wireless mobile hotspot connection from my phone and only showing dial-up connection. I don't understand this. Does that mean my laptop does not have a wifi card? But when I use my wireless mouse and plug the mouse’s USB adapter, I can use my mouse as normal. Why won't it detect my phone's hotspot? Do I need a wifi adapter or something to help connect to the hotspot and use Internet? Please help, I need for WFH. ?

Acer Aspire 5253: Sound system is broken

My laptop sound won't work. I've disassembled the device and I strongly believe there's a problem with a diode or transistor, and since all sound hardware seems to be on board, I'm probably going to need to replace some of these small parts. Does anybody know of the schematics for this laptop?
