AVH-Z9200DAB: SD card issues while playing music / .MP3's (AVH-Z9200DAB)

Goodafternoon,

Some time ago it got a 'Software error' message on the AVH-Z9200DAB. Screen was not working - all lines appeared. After 2 days, the AVH was loading and YES, it was back and funtional.

1 issue -> if I play music from the SD CARD, everything goes well. After I turn offr ignition, AVH turns off -> perfect. After I turn on iginition, the SD CARD / music does not go further with the same music where it stopped. So I start every day with the same music number :-(

I have already contacted Pioneer -> no answer.

I have reset the AVH to factory setting; formatted the SD card; bought another SD card; took the power off (via car battery); etc. etc.

Nothing was an solution.

I do have firmware 1.04 -> I thought to (re-)load the firmware again but it is not available to download.

Can you help me out to fix this issue?

Thank you in advance,

Bert

AVH-Z9200DAB: Radio not turning on; AVH-280BT

I was trying to setup some new speakers in my car and while I was testing them the rear speakers weren't playing so I switched some RCA cables while music was playing (cuz I'm clearly a professional....) and heard some popping noise. The radio stopped working. I went ahead and turned the car off, disconnected the battery and checked the fuse (on the back of the radio). The fuse was blown, I switched it and tried turning it on and nothing happened still. I checked the cars fuse box and they were fine. What should I do?

AVH-Z9200DAB: Pioneer radio turns off after loading

I was installing a front cam to my AVH-Z9200DAB unit. It was successfully installed but during final connections it was connected to the rear video output instead of video input by mistake. After that the unit started turning off immediately after boot up, it shows the Pioneer loading… screen then turns off.

So far I tried to disconnect all cables leaving only the power cable and I tried the reset button but it didn’t work. I also tried a different radio on my car and it worked. So the issue appears to be from the unit itself. Any suggestions on what the issue might be?
