My zenwatch will not charge. I think its the battery and I am trying to replace it. The watch face is black and will not show anything when charging. I have purchased a new charging cradle and it still shows nothing.

السلام عليكم .... اسمي رائد ... من العراق .... اعمل في مجال الصيانة للموبايل ... مشكلتي عندي ساعة asus

لاتعمل عند وضعها على جهاز البور سبلاي تنهض قليل لكن لا تضيئ الشاعة فهل العطل هو شورت ام ان ايسي البور لا يعمل واين موقعه بالضبط

واسف اذا كتبت لكم باللغه العربية لا لغتي الانجليزية ليست بالمستوى المطلوب

Just obtained a second-hand Asus Zenwatch, but microphone/voice commands are unresponsive.

Downloaded audio recorder app and one recording out of 4 picked up cracking noises.

Attempted factory reset but didn't change anything
