When i open it i dont have access to the speakers

They are covered, i dont know how to open the cover of 2 speakers, there is anyone can help me please ?

No power after upgrading ram and a continuous sound is heard from the motherboard. If I switch back to the old ram , the same issue is there. Before upgrading the ram the laptop was working fine
