ASUS X44H-BBR4: My device will not turn on

I tried to turn on my device this morning and it did not turn on. I pressed the power button multiple times and it didn't not work. Please help.

i start my laptop up and as soon as it goes to the windows startup it shuts off.

ASUS X44H-BBR4: Black Screen on my ASUS X455L

my asus X455L doesnt seem to open the light is lit but the one near the power botton is not blinking at all it should be blinking when my laptop is on and i cant seen to know if its on cause of the black screen i conncet it to my pc's monitor but it seems that i cant connect its also black and the pc's monitor in not turning on maybe the hdmi is the problem? my screen actually never open in my laptop but just a little while it turned on and then back to a black screen a already tried draining the exess bat. but it doesnt still open. and also i dont know if it had a ram on it?

what should i do?

ASUS X44H-BBR4: Computer won’t turn on

So it started with the power pin being pushed in, I tried to open it up and it didn’t work so I took a break and left it. My dad the genius(sarcasm), decided to do it for me by heating up a knife and making it hot and burning through the plastic around the charge port and pulling it out. He got it, the pin is back but not the computer won’t turn on and like even when I plug in the charger there’s no light it’s purely dead. Any ideas on how to reverse the damage he did?
