ASUS VivoBook S400C: Asus Vivobook neither Booting-up nor Charging.

Sorry, its an Asus Vivobook S14 S430UA and not a S400C but since there was no entry for 430UA, I made a post with S400C.

Specs - 8GB ram, 256GB SSD, 1TB HDD, Corei5-8265u, Windows 10

I have a 15 month old Vivobook S430UA running Windows 10. It is not in warranty, so Asus is not cooperating with services though its clearly a manufacturing defect. Also my residential campus is under lockdown so I am unable to go out to get it repaired.

Symptoms -

From 7th July, it is not booting up normally. When I connect the charger, the charging light doesn't light up either.

Though on 2 instances, I have managed to boot it up after pressing the power button for 120+ seconds but then it goes back to Not-booting up, even if left on 'Sleep' mode. Also the Charging light and Laptop light sometimes blink when power adapter is connected.

Also, the power button doesn't seem to be working properly. When it booted up once, I pressed the power button but got no response.

Suspects -

1) Its keypad has failed once before. I got that replaced under warranty. Then on 5th July (2 days before it stopped booting up), the new keypad also started acting weirdly and wasn't typing correctly. So I used my bluetooth keyboard. Then, It went back to normal the next day i.e. 6th July but from 7th, it just stopped booting up. Can it be a Keypad issue?

2) I had installed the new Windows update a week or two back. There were many articles which stated that this Windows update broke the laptops. Can this be the issue?

Also, when I did boot it up the first time, I had uninstalled all the recent updates and also reinstalled Windows (without deleting the data), to fix any issues due to software.

3) I also removed its battery and tried to boot directly via adapter but it won't help either.

Additional info - Its speakers hadn't been performing well since their engineer replaced the keypad. For past 2 months, there was Zero sound coming out of the speakers
